Our flagship training package.

Bringing psychological thinking and strategies to the workplace for a sustainable, healthy, and effective workforce.

This training consists of three, 3-hour sessions providing a mix of information and interactive skills-building activities. Each of the three sessions focuses on a skills theme. The three themes are:

1.      Reflect To Progress: The why and ‘how to’ of critical reflective practice at work

2.      Effective Self Management: Understanding how to recognise and response positively to uncomfortable psychological states (e.g., performance anxiety, self-doubt)

3.      Self In Context: Honing your interpersonal skills for constructive workplace relationships
